The other morning Dave talked me into going flying with him. I am not a fan of these little planes, but I went along anyway.
He fueled it up and checked out everything. I know Dave is a safe pilot, but I still have an issue with motion sickness. He assured me that this bigger plane would be better than the little yellow Cub.
And we were off. It was a nice morning to fly.
We flew East. This time of year it is pretty dry. Above is Burbank Canyon and below is Ecks Knoll.
Crystal Peak.
I thought this was some strange alien landing site. But I guess it is just a gravel pit.
We flew over Eskdale. A neighboring community and dairy.
These are some of our hay fields North of the main ranch. We call it The Flat.
I really like the round fields.
A view of the feed lot on the main ranch in Baker.
Some of the silage bags we were dumping into. They are a little crooked from the air, that bothers someone I know that has OCD.. haha
More fields. The farmers keep very busy. The fields in this post are only some of them. There are more South, in Garrison and a few more North, by Silver Creek.
I survived the flight quite well. I think I am ready for a short trip somewhere.
