Cowgirls play a very important role in ranching.  The cowgirl can do just about any job in any weather and still take care of the home and family and often work a second, or third job.

We have had and still have some really great cowgirls working for us.  They are a crucial part of our team.  The cowgirl brings a bit of joy to any day.
The cowgirls ride and rope with as much skill as the cowboy.  The cowgirl is tough and hard working.
Little cowgirls start learning young.
Cowgirls love the job.
Just think how boring it would be for cowboys without cowgirls.

God bless cowgirls.

This post paints such a vivid picture of the cowgirl life! It sounds like it's more than just a job - it's a way of life that demands hard work, dedication, and a deep connection to the land. The photos are stunning - the wide-open spaces and the horses are breathtaking. Do you find there's a strong sense of community among cowgirls? I'd love to hear more about the challenges and rewards of being a cowgirl in the high desert.
