You would think that we ride enough. But what better way to spend a day off than riding? We took the horses up Hendry Creek for a trail ride.
Dave rode his young horse, Goucho. He did a really good job.
I rode Josie. Our horses are always looking for the cows. They aren't sure about this trail ride stuff.
The canyon has some pretty amazing rocks.
And a pretty creek.
The dogs liked being able to cool off.
We ate a picnic lunch, although it got cut short due to thunder. We ate quickly and headed down.
We got a little wet before we were down.
We tried taking a selfie. We aren't too good at it.
But we made several attempts.
