TOUGH

Some days don't go quite as planned.  We've been having a busy and trying week and it isn't over yet.
We have been preg checking another herd of cows.  And one was a little crazy.  It doesn't seem to matter to that one crazy cow how slowly, quietly and calmly you work the herd.  She is still nuts.  This cow decided to jump the fence, unfortunately the fence broke, Dave was on the other side and it wiped him out.

We took a trip to the ER to make sure all his parts were still functioning.  Thank goodness they are, but he does have three broken ribs.. Ouch.
To prove just how tough cowboys are, he was back on the horse and working the next day.  Our cowboys don't stop for much.  They all seem to work no matter what kind of pain they are in.

Still look in from time to time on the blog to see what is happening out that way. Hope Dave mends fast (but) he will be sore for quite awhile. Really neat pictures Tana.

Wow! Tana you are capturing a piece of the real Nevada. I'm sending the link to family and friends.
All Dave needs is a GoPro camera on his horse!
Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work. Dr. Rhodes
