This morning my husband wanted to take the plane out to check the roads on our East range.  I took some motion sickness pills and went with him.

This is Dave's favorite plane to fly, a little Piper Cub.  He uses the plane to check roads, fences, gates water and the cows.  It is a very useful and time saving tool.  Not to mention He really loves to fly.
To me the desert is beautiful, and believe it or not, it is very green for this time of the year.  You can see the washes created from the rain, also Dave found that several roads need some attention.

We landed the plane on a hard pan and checked a large water trough that is out there.
My Brother-in-law, Tom, manages the farm side of things.  He grows and sells a lot of hay.

Have looked at this several times and so enjoy it, makes me feel right at home, surprised you got brave enough to fly, have fun but be careful, just love all the views, did you check on any cattle?

We didn't check cows this time. We are just checking things on the range because we will be bringing cows out in about a month.
